Located at 159 E. Walton, the Palmolive Building is one of the most iconic buildings in Chicago. From 1967 until 1990, the building was known as the Playboy Building, as it served as the men's magazine's headquarters and featured large Playboy signs on each side of the building. In 2002, the building was renovated and converted to luxury condominiums, and at 29 floors, it remains one of the most attractive buildings in downtown Chicago.
